Asbestos survey in Tavastia Proper

The towns of Tavastia Proper — Hämeenlinna and Riihimäki — have a great deal of housing from the 1950s to the 1980s, where asbestos typically appears in fillers, tile adhesives, pipe insulation and floor materials. Demolishing or renovating a property built before 1994 requires an asbestos survey under Finnish Government Decree 798/2015. We cover the whole region at a fixed price of 239 € incl. VAT, which includes the survey visit, all material samples, laboratory analysis with a JEOL SEM-EDS electron microscope in accordance with the ISO 22262-1 standard, and the statutory survey report.
