Asbestos survey in Southwest Finland

Southwest Finland has some of the oldest building stock in the country: the 1950s–1980s apartment blocks of Turku, the old villas of the archipelago and the industrial properties of the region are all typical asbestos survey sites. Asbestos was widely used in floor materials, tile adhesives and pipe insulation right up to 1994, and renovating anything older than that requires a statutory survey (Finnish Government Decree 798/2015). We survey in Turku, Salo, Naantali and the surrounding municipalities at a fixed price of 219 € incl. VAT. The price includes all samples, laboratory analysis with a JEOL SEM-EDS electron microscope in accordance with the ISO 22262-1 standard, and the statutory report — results usually within one business day.
