Asbestos survey in Pirkanmaa

The building stock of Pirkanmaa carries a strong industrial legacy: the factory buildings of Tampere, the old working-class districts and the 1960s–1980s suburbs of the neighbouring towns contain a great deal of asbestos-bearing material. Asbestos typically turns up in pipe insulation, tile adhesives, fillers and facade panels. Renovating or demolishing a property completed before 1994 requires an asbestos survey by law. We cover the whole of Pirkanmaa at a fixed price of 219 € incl. VAT — the price covers the survey visit, all material samples, laboratory analysis with a JEOL SEM-EDS electron microscope in accordance with the ISO 22262-1 standard, and the statutory survey report.
